Ah, food… I love it!

One of the most essential and basic needs of all of mankind. Every single day, billions of men and women across the globe have to eat. From North American wheat to chappati in India to the tuwo shinkafa in West Africa, food is very crucial to sustaining life itself.

So it does not come as a surprise to know that in this age of computer technology and high-speed Internet, there are countless blogs who focus on food, and I mean good food!

Often these sites are written by food experts, nutritionists, dietitians, highly-skilled chefs, restaurateurs or just talented enthusiasts and foodies. Whatever the nature of the blogger in this category, their sites are engaging, refreshing, authoritative and captivating.

And to give you an example, here are 3 intriguing articles I just stumbled upon:

–> 25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods

–> The Challenge: Eat for $1.50 a Day

BEST FOOD BLOGS

The following is a list of the most enriching food blogs I’ve found on the Internet to help you blog comment on or guest post for. Check them out and let me know if you have other blogs to add to the list…

Most of the sites listed are updated (quite) often, and have a Page Rank of 4 and 5.

Some of their articles get an average of 100 comments (that’s a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and make new friends, as well as guest contribute with fresh content)

Each site has a tribe (RSS subscribers, FaceBook fans or Twitter followers) counting a minimum of 500 members. Some blogs easily exceed 10,000 members and are receiving 50k+ monthly unique visitors. Incredible, isn’t it?

Disclaimer: some links might not work the moment you visit them due to technical reasons for which I cannot be held responsible. If you find dead links or outdated sites, please do let us know. I did everything in my power to double check that all these links were valid when I wrote the article.

Bonus links:

Each of the sites that have been listed above have been able to make a real difference by offering plus value to their many readers, viewers and subscribers. If you really want to know what a food blog is all about and the various ways and styles that they employ to pass their messages across to their audience, all you need to do right now is to click on any of the links and check out the hot stuff for yourself.

You could call these “authority” sites in thief field. One day, you might create or build a food related site yourself; who knows!

Enjoy, make friends, blog comment and guest post. See you in the comments below…

P.S. You might find that some blogs do not publicly accept guest posts. If you become an active blog commentator and leave insightful and practical feedback, you can follow up with an email (within 2 weeks, after leaving a few hot comments) and propose a guest post.

That’s one of the methods which I’ve personally used myself to write for large sites which weren’t accepting guest articles before, or were rarely doing so.

We have John Gibb to thank for this great list of food blogs. He is a super affiliate specializing in pre-sale tactics and keyword research. He wrote a free guide -“The Road to Success- detailing the free methods that he used to generate a record breaking 109 affiliate sales in a single day..
