      Hi Thomas,

      It will help you keep track of who to follow up with in a timely manner. But you still have to spend just as much time with customers closing deals. Many companies spend money to generate leads, but then don’t effectively follow up with them. That is the main benefit of using a CRM correctly.

    so I think when it comes to CRM data, we should be more possessive and check the authenticity and trustworthiness.

    CRM is there for the company, but it does not help to increase sales. As if we wish happy birthday to our customer, our customer will feel good, but if he presently does not require work he will not give work or say buy product from the company. It is just based on requirement and not any other thing.

      Many people think all they need is online inbound marketing and that will close sales. But for most businesses, you get sales by interacting live with people. Inbound marketing is used to capture leads which are tracked in a CRM – but you have to actually have a sales person reach out and see what someone needs.

      You are correct that if they don’t need something right now, they won’t buy. That is why knowing how to generate a volume of leads is important.

    Because using a good CRM is so valuable for businesses to grow, being able to get all those features for free is amazing. I also like the free forever vs free trial because often the free trial doesn’t even allow the user to see the full capability of the product. Thanks for sharing this product.

      I totally agree with you. Free trials aren’t worth it to me because I don’t want to invest all that time learning and adding data to a tool and then end up not being able to use it.
