Who is Visiting Your Website?

Working with your Google Analytics, Leadfeeder provides valuable insights about those who visit your website. Even if someone doesn’t leave their contact information on your site, Leadfeeder lets you know who is visiting, where they are coming from, and on which pages they land. It will automatically send website traffic data by email or through your CRM to your sales team.

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a web-based tool used to automate different areas of your business. It works by creating Zaps that act like triggers when an action takes place.  Zapier allows you to connect your favorite apps together where a process in one app triggers a step in another.

Saving you time and money, Zapier automates repetitive tasks without having to hire a programmer to build an integration. Information is automatically moved between your apps, freeing up your time so you can focus on other more critical tasks. With just a few clicks, you can quickly build your own app workflows.

Leadfeeder Meets Zapier

When integrated with more than 1,000 web tools from Zapier, Leadfeeder can generate even more new leads and help you increase your marketing ROI. Now you can automatically:

  • Add new leads from Leadfeeder to your CRM
  • Post messages from Slack
  • Define which leads are the most valuable
  • Log new leads to Google Sheets as rows
  • Add new leads to tasks
  • Qualify leads using smart filters

You will need to have both a Leadfeeder account and a Zapier account to be able to benefit from this powerful integration. You can use a pre-made Leadfeeder Zap or build your own custom workflow.

Examples of Pre-Made Leadfeeder Integrations

A Zap template is a curated and pre-defined example of an automated workflow. By using a template, you can see recommendations on how to use the zap. Also, you will be guided through the setup process prompted by pre-filled fields and options.

Leadfeeder & HubSpot

Based on your client profile, Leadfeeder will identify when a new company visits your website. With this Zapier integration, the new lead is added to your HubSpot CRM as a company.

Leadfeeder and Google Sheets

Google Sheets manages your incoming leads. Leadfeeder identifies a new company that visits your website based on your client profile. Zapier adds the new Leadfeeder lead to Google Sheets as a row.

Leadfeeder and Slack

This Zapier integration will help keep your sales team on track when new companies visit your website. First you need to choose the custom feed in Leadfeeder that matches your client criteria. Then Zapier will post Slack messages to the channel you chose for new leads in Leadfeeder.

Leadfeeder and Base CRM

With this Zapier integration activated, whenever Leadfeeder identifies a new lead that fits your client profile from your website visitors, Zapier will add a new Leadfeeder lead to Base.

Leadfeeder and Highrise

No longer will you have to enter leads into your Highrise account manually. You can use the time you save to get more sales. New Leadfeeder leads will be sent to Highrise automatically as companies.

Get Started Using Zapier

Are you ready to get started? The sign up process is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Leadfeeder account
  2. Navigate to your personal settings by clicking on your username on the top right
  3. Click on Zapier on the left
  4. Follow the instructions on how to create a Zapier token
  5. Copy it
  6. Go to Zapier and start building a Zap with Leadfeeder
  7. Select “New Lead” for the trigger
  8. Use the Zapier token you created in step 5 when connecting an account
  9. Select your Leadfeeder account
  10. Choose the custom feed you want to use for your data
  11. Continue and finalize the trigger
  12. Your new Zap will be triggered whenever a new lead that matches the custom feed criteria appears

The possibilities are endless with the Leadfeeder Zapier integration. Get creative and build your own workflows or use one of the pre-made templates to get you started.

Zapier is fantastic, can’t live without it at work. Productivity on steroids!

We also use a lead generation tool at work although it is different from the one mentioned here.

    Thanks for the article.

+1 for Zapier – We have recently integrated Zapier into our task management tool and the extra flexibility it provides is fantastic.

One of my favorite zaps is a fairly simple one, the ability to create a custom email which, when you send a message to it then performs an action (in my case, create a new task).

I also find using Zapier fantastic for passing leads or form responses onto the appropriate member of staff so that the item can be actioned promptly.

Nice breakdown of Zapier Julie. Automating plays a bigger and bigger part of what I do. I see it as a leveraging agent; I can make friends, create helpful content and automating expands my presence, allowing me to be in many places at once, versus if I just tried to do it all solo, manually.

Hi Ryan, what would we do without automation, right? Save our time for the more “human” tasks like making friends as you say and leave the rest to the automated tools.
