If you have been using FireFox because you don’t want to lose your SEOBook or SEOMoz Toolbar (among other things) you will definitely want to know about the SEO Site Tools for Chrome.
Special thanks to Ileane who walked me through many great tips including this one yesterday on the phone.
Search Engine Journal called this addon The SEO Tool That May Make You Switch to Chrome. Their post goes into great detail on what it does. The developer’s guest post on Using SEO Site Tools at SEOMoz provides additional details and was promoted to their main site because “it provides great value and interest”.
Install the plugin, go to your site, click in the icon on the top right corner of Chrome as shown in this image:
Check out all the information you will have at your fingertips!
We have Ileane to thank for my knowing about this nifty SEO tool. Every blogger needs to know Ileane because she is an early adopter who is always helping other bloggers learn new skills.
Ileane popped in to let me know she has a post that includes a Chrome SEO Site Tools video:
Be sure to read her blog offering Blogging Tutorials and watch for her many how-to videos. She has a video channel on YouTube under MsIleaneSpeaks.

Thanks for sharing this tool.I am already using SEO Quake for Google chrome for a long time. This plug-in is really effective and helps to identify onpage and off-page properties of any site.

Hi Crocuss, I installed SEO Quake recently but I toggle it on and off because it seems to annoy me when I’m doing casual internet browsing. I hope you enjoy SEO Site Tools.

Thanks for sharing this tool.I am already using SEO Quake for Google chrome for a long time.Anyway just downloaded SEO site tools.Let’s see if it can provide better results than SEO Quake or not.But I don’t think that there are many tools better than SEO Quake .And this is my personal experience after using SEO book toolbar for firefox and SEO Quake on both firefox and chrome.I’m sort of a fan of SEO Quake.

Just a week ago I also installed the RDS bar for firefox – cool seo tool. Thanks for the article, chose a few more plug-ins!
This is really a great list esp. considering the fact that most tool vendors choose to support FF first – unfortunately.

I switched to chrome for this extension. I don’t know how I ever lived without it.
Now I just look up if I wanna see the page rank. Haven’t fully checked out all the functions tho.
I recommend anyone that isn’t using the SEO site tool to start today

Hi Leo,
You know there are toolbars for FireFox, right? I use the SeoBook Toolbar and I believe there is also an SEOMoz toolbar.
Right now none of them are working very well because Google changed things last week but they’ll catch up – or may have already. They always do.
Do you realize you’re promoting a trackback spamming tool which will get sites blacklisted and ignored by bloggers who realize how unethical it is?
These tools have made trackbacks almost worthless already which means most influential bloggers are already rejecting ALL trackbacks.
Your links will NOT get approved by bloggers who know what they’re doing so what we’ll end up with are crappy sites linking to other crappy sites – and if that is what ends up at the top of the serps then the search engines will be useless.
What the world does NOT need is more get rich quick scheme bloggers misleading other newbie bloggers in a perpetual blind leading the blind scenario. If you want to make money read the post I’ll put in CommentLuv in this reply and if you don’t understand what I’m recommending contact me and I will explain it.
When bloggers position themselves where the money is they will be in demand and make money.

We need to know about our website rankings, search results, and backlinks and that’s why we use different tools to find out such information. But I believe this is one of the most valuable tools I have ever found. It is a package of tools that provides whole information related to websites. Thanks for sharing these wonderful tools.
i run a inspection blog writing evaluations of the most recent in software robot, that is probably going to be of appeal to viewers of this piece of writing. nice post
The toolbar is pretty interesting. I’ve been using Chrome for a while but recently switched back to FF because FF is now fast too (the main reason for using Chrome). It seems that the toolbar vendors still have difficulty catch up with the browser upgrade.

Hi Hamza,
What is it you like better about SEO Quake? Have you ever considered writing a comparison of these three tools? The most valuable reviews are written by those who have actually used each of the solutions they’re comparing. I’d be happy to publish it as a guest post if you like.
