Brands have always been looking for ways to enter conversations with potential customers on third-party sites. Many publishers are reluctant to let them because they fear it will make them appear less objective. In this episode, VigLink’s Oliver Roup and Influence People’s Murray Newlands interview Dan Gill of Huddler, Jordan Kretchmer of Live Fyre, and Daniel Ha of Disqus about how publishers can charge brands to enter these conversations in a way that does not damage the publisher’s community. Watch the discussion below:

As what they say, first impression last. First dealing with new target clients should be an awesome experience for them. With that, it will be registered them the positive outlook for the brand and the company.

Branded companies are now getting more approachable through the use of new media. Social networking sites are best avenues nowadays to facilitate discussion between the buyer and the seller in the market in order to get an equilibrium of satisfaction for the both parties.

I am looking to start one comprehensive website that covers all areas of law. I am having a hard time coming up with a name that has the .com available.
In the times we are living in, big brands have to use social media to interact with their potential customers instead of shying away.
I’ve read of companies that have used social media to calm down nerves of irate customers that were unhappy about certain products

Hi Gerald,
While that IS true, what I hope social media will accomplish is for people to finally get a clue that big brands don’t care about us and that we need to support small businesses instead. If we don’t, eventually we will have NO choices left.
What they talk about is amazing interaction quality, however it sounds to me that those micro communities are welll… micro. I think he said about paying a premium for paying to 10 people. Not too many brand marketers will want to target that narrowly… We are talking micro niches…

Hello Ramon,
I assume you understand at least some of what is written here. When you comment in blogs written in English most will delete your comment if they do not know what it says and especially if they are unable to guess what language it is to use a machine translator. Few Americans would recognize Portugeuse so you could provide a translation for them. While machine translation is not very accurate it does allow people to guess what you meant.
I searched and found that this means, “Congratulations on your work, very good.”

I don’t think that it would make sites seem less objective if they published stuff from brands. As long as each site published stuff from more than one brand and made sure that readers knew that the brands were not affiliated with the sites, I don’t really see how readers would say that there was a problem.

I think it’s great that publishers are even entertaining the idea of charging brands to publish on their sites. It would be really good for brands to have that extra exposure through these websites. I hope that they can figure it out!
I guess insertion of brand participation on conversations can really make things interesting as well as advertising the product.
